One of our flagship products is DrHeadshot, an AI-powered platform that creates professional headshots for business customers at scale. Companies, HR teams, agencies, and recruiters use DrHeadshot to instantly generate consistent, high-quality headshots – fully online and cost-efficient.

To grow our B2B portfolio, we’re looking for a driven Account Executive (B2B – AI) to own the full sales cycle, with an initial strong focus on DrHeadshot.

 

Your Role

As an Account Executive at Dr. Headshot, you will be responsible for acquiring new business customers, managing existing B2B accounts, and driving revenue growth. You will work fully remotely and interact with customers exclusively through online channels.

This is a hands-on role with direct impact and the opportunity to later support additional SaaS and Media products within the GunzX ecosystem.

Responsibilities

New Business & Lead Generation

  • Acquire new B2B customers for DrHeadshot and other GunzX products

  • Respond to inbound leads (website, email, demo requests)

  • Proactively generate outbound leads (LinkedIn, email, partnerships)

  • Qualify prospects and understand business needs

  • Conduct online demos, meetings, and sales calls

  • Negotiate and close deals

Account Management & Growth

  • Manage and grow existing business customers

  • Upsell and expand accounts (volume packages, subscriptions, add-ons)

  • Serve as the main point of contact for B2B clients

  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

Sales Operations

  • Maintain CRM and sales pipeline

  • Track KPIs and revenue targets

  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams

  • Provide structured customer feedback to improve products

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, tech, or AI

  • Experience managing the full sales cycle (lead → close → account growth)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Comfortable with online sales (video calls, email, LinkedIn)

  • Self-motivated, structured, and results-driven

  • Experience working remotely

  • Fluent in English & German

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to HR, agencies, or enterprise customers

  • Familiarity with CRM tools

  • Understanding of SaaS pricing and subscription models

  • Startup or scale-up experience

  • Interest in AI-driven products
